Delhi HC Denies Pre-Arrest Bail to Swami Ganeshanand Accused of Harassing a Minor - (05 Nov 2020)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has denied to extend the benefit of Anticipatory Bail to well-known Yoga Teacher Swami Ganeshanand in a matter wherein he is accused of sexually harassing a 17-year-old girl.
