Supreme Court Issues Guidelines on Payment of Maintenance in Matrimonial Matters - (04 Nov 2020)

Supreme Court has issued guidelines on payment of maintenance in matrimonial matters. The Court has held that maintenance in all cases will be awarded from the date of filing the application for maintenance.
