Allahabad HC Seeks UP Govt's Response on State Law Commission's Report for Repealing Anti-Beggary Law - (04 Nov 2020)

Allahabad High Court has asked the State counsel to seek instructions with respect to the recommendation by the VII State Law Commission for repealing the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Beggary Act, 1975.
