Karnataka HC Asks State to Explain Permission for Online Betting for Horse-Racing - (04 Nov 2020)

Karnataka High Court has directed the State government to respond to a public interest litigation filed challenging the approval given by the State government to the Bangalore Turf Club Limited to conduct on-line betting for horse-racing.
