SC Issues Notice in Plea Challenging Kerala HC Judgment of Setting Aside Fees of Medical College - (03 Nov 2020)

EDUCATION

Supreme Court has issued notice on a special leave petition filed by Karuna Medical College challenging the Kerala High Court judgment which set aside the fee fixed by the fee regulatory commission for the MBBS courses in self-financing colleges in Kerala.
