Tripura HC: Right of Freedom of Speech Includes Freedom to be Critical of Public Administration - (03 Nov 2020)

CONSTITUTION

Tripura High Court has observed that the right of freedom of speech and expression would include the freedom of being critical of the public administration or authority.
