Allahabad HC Deprecates Post's Reference in Inquiry Order & Annuls Officer's Transfer - (03 Nov 2020)

SERVICE

Allahabad High Court has quashed an order of transfer of a Government Officer against whom an inquiry was instituted in which a reference of the Facebook page post was related to Mr. Amit Shah, which the officer made much before the joining as Designated Officer.
