Supreme Court Dismisses Petition Challenging Rahul Gandhi's Lok Sabha Election for Non-Appearance - (02 Nov 2020)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has dismissed a petition filed challenging the election of Congress Member of Parliament, Rahul Gandhi from Wayanad constituency in Kerala in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections for default.
