Tripura HC: Medical Reimbursement Cannot be Rejected on Lack of Prior Referral Order - (02 Nov 2020)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Tripura High Court has observed that medical reimbursement cannot be denied only on the ground that the employee did not obtain prior referral order from the Medical Board before taking treatment from outside the State.
