Kerala HC Dismisses Plea Against EC’s Decision Disqualifying Members of Gram Panchayat - (02 Nov 2020)

ELECTION

Kerala High Court has dismissed Writ Petitions filed against the decision of Election Commission of India declaring the petitioners "disqualified" for being members of Gram Panchayat (Ranny-Pazhavangadi) and also disqualified them from contesting as candidates in any election of the local body for a period of six years.
