Gujarat HC Initiates Suo Motu Matter on Expediting Trials Against MPs/MLAs - (30 Oct 2020)

Gujarat High Court has decided to monitor expeditious disposal of criminal proceedings pending against sitting/ former Members of Parliament and Members of Legislative Assembly in the local Courts under its jurisdiction.
