SC Orders Transfer of All Pleas Challenging Provisions of IBC on Personal Guarantors - (29 Oct 2020)

INSOLVENCY

Supreme Court has ordered the transfer of petitions pending across High Courts, challenging the provisions of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 pertaining to the issues of personal guarantors.
