SC Seeks HC’s Response on Report Suggesting Expeditious Trial of Cheque Bounce Cases - (28 Oct 2020)

Supreme Court has sought the responses of all High Courts to the preliminary report submitted by Amici Curiae with suggestions for expeditious trial of cheque bounce cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
