SC Stays Bombay HC Order Allowing Lalit Modi's Request for Cross-Examination of BCCI Officials - (27 Oct 2020)

Supreme Court has stayed the Bombay High Court order in favour of fugitive Lalit Modi, who wanted to cross-examine Board of Control for Cricket in India officials in connection with a case of alleged Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 violation.
