Delhi HC Directs Adoption of Measures Against Child Porn Content to Social Media Platforms - (27 Oct 2020)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Delhi High Court has passed an order directing intermediaries i.e social media platforms to take all effective measures available with them to ensure that the child porn content is not hosted on their platforms.
