J&K HC Issues Instructions for Proper Sequencing of Paragraphs in Replies/ Objections/ Rejoinders - (27 Oct 2020)

CIVIL

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has appealed to all the Advocates/ Litigants to properly number the paragraphs in all the filings, for convenience of both the Bench as well as members of the Bar.
