Allahabad HC Expresses Concern Over Misuse of Provision for Prevention of Cow Slaughter - (26 Oct 2020)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has expressed concern over frequent misuse of the provisions of Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, for implicating innocent persons.
