Delhi HC Refuses Interim Order on Plea Seeking Restrain on Arnab Goswami from Using Tagline - (23 Oct 2020)

Delhi High Court has refused to grant an interim order on a writ petition filed by Bennett Coleman & Co. (Times Group) for restraining Arnab Goswami and his company, ARG Outlier Media Pvt Ltd., from using the tagline "Nation Wants To Know".
