Orissa HC: NRI Quota in Admissions to Prestigious NLUs Unconstitutional - (23 Oct 2020)

Orissa High Court has said that NRI quota in admissions to prestigious National Law Universities was like reservation for the elite class and termed the process of admissions under this category “unregulated, dubious and unconstitutional”.
