MP HC Stresses Need for Orientation Program for Fresher-Panel Lawyers - (23 Oct 2020)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has stressed on the need to provide Panel Lawyers, who are freshers and are representing the State for the first time, proper orientation course/training before they are allowed to represent the State before the High Court, noting that such lawyers are unable to assist the Court in a proper manner.
