Bombay HC Quashes FIR Against In-Laws of Woman Alleging Harassment - (22 Oct 2020)

Bombay High Court has quashed a First Information Report against in-laws of woman who alleged harassment at their hands, observing that it has become a tendency to make vague and omnibus allegations, against every member of the family of the husband, implicating everybody under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
