Madras HC Gives 4 Weeks to State on Issue of Permits Only to LPG - (22 Jan 2016)

Madras High Court has given four weeks time to State Government to take a decision on issue of grant of permits only to LPG-run autorickshaws 3+1 seaters on basis of a study of air pollution as per National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
