Calcutta HC Modifies Order on Entry Restrictions in Durga Puja Pandals - (22 Oct 2020)

CIVIL

Calcutta High Court has modified its order making Durga Puja pandals as no-entry zones to allow Dhakis, traditional drummers who play Dhak, in the no-entry zone immediately beyond the pandal subject to restriction of not exceeding 45 people in the entry-zone at any time.
