Delhi HC Might Review Extended Interim Bails Granted to Prisoners in View of COVID-19 - (21 Oct 2020)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has said that extended interim bails and paroles granted to prisoners in view of the COVID-19 pandemic might be reviewed after prison authorities claimed the number of infected persons in three jails was six, out of which three had recovered.
