Delhi HC Grants Ad-Interim Injunction Restraining Sale of "Vintage Moments" Alcohol - (21 Oct 2020)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has passed an ad interim order restraining the manufacturing, marketing, sale etc. of alcohol under the mark 'VINTAGE MOMENTS' in a suit filed by the manufacturers of the alcohol brand Magic Moments.
