Bombay HC Expresses Concern Over Lack of Regulation of Electronic Media - (19 Oct 2020)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Bombay High Court has expressed concerns at the lack of regulation on the electronic media and urged the Central Government to think of appropriate measures to control the problem of "trial by media".
