SC Refuses Plea for Imposition of President’s Rule in Maharashtra - (19 Oct 2020)

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking for removal of the State Government in Maharashtra led by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and for the imposition of the President's Rule in its stead in the State.
