P&H HC: Homebuyer Can Pursue Remedies Under RERA & Consumer Protection Act Simultaneously - (19 Oct 2020)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has observed that a homebuyer can pursue the remedies under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 simultaneously.
