SC: Woman has Right to Stay Even in In-laws’ Home - (16 Oct 2020)

Supreme Court has ruled once a woman lodges a complaint under the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 she will have the right to residence in a house even if it is rented or owned by her in-laws.
