SC: Special Leave to Appeal Against HC Judgment Enforcing Foreign Award Only on Narrow Ground - (15 Oct 2020)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has observed that an appeal under Article 136 of the Constitution of India, 1949 against a High Court judgment that recognizes and enforces a foreign award would lie only on an extremely narrow ground.
