Delhi HC Seeks Govt Response on Plea of Two Women Seeking to Get Married - (15 Oct 2020)

Delhi High Court has sought the stand of the Centre and Delhi government on a petition by two women seeking to get married under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 which does not provide for same-sex marriages.
