NGT Raps HP Govt. over Delay in Deciding Mode of Transport to Ply on Manali-Rohtang Highway - (22 Jan 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has rapped HP Government for delay in deciding mode of transport which it would prefer to ply on 51-km long Manali-Rohtang highway, an eco-sensitive area, as the Govt. being not clear over which mode they would prefer- CNG or electric buses.
