Chhattisgarh HC: No FIR Can be Registered for Offence Under Section 188 of IPC - (14 Oct 2020)

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that the police cannot register a First Information Report for the offence under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
