Gujarat HC Directs State Govt to Treat PIL for Regulation of Online Gambling as Representation - (14 Oct 2020)

Gujarat High Court has has directed the State Government to consider a PIL, seeking regulation of online gambling, as a representation, observing that the present legal framework in reference to gambling should be regulated to include virtual/ online/ Cyber space gambling.
