Delhi HC Asks Rajeev Babbar to Respond on CM’s Plea Challenging Summons in Defamation Case - (13 Oct 2020)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has asked Bharatiya Janta Party functionary, Rajeev Babbar to respond to a plea by chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and other Aam Aadmi Party members challenging summons issued to them in a defamation case filed by him.
