SC Seeks Centre's Reply on Pleas Challenging Farmers Laws - (12 Oct 2020)

Supreme Court has issued notice to the Central Government on three writ Petitions challenging the three farm laws passed by the Parliament, which have attracted opposition from several farmers groups across the country.
