Bombay HC Grants Anticipatory Bail to School Manager Booked for Rape - (12 Oct 2020)

Bombay High Court has granted Anticipatory bail to a school manager booked for allegedly raping a lady observing that in the First Information Report lodged by the Complainant, there are no details about any date and time of the incident.
