SC Sets Aside Order Allowing Minister Chinmayanand Access to Victim's Statement - (08 Oct 2020)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has set aside the Allahabad High Court order which had allowed former Union Minister and Bharatiya Janta Party leader Chinmayanand to seek a certified copy of the statement of the victim recovered under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
