P&H HC Directs Payment of Compensation in Matter of Illegal Detention - (08 Oct 2020)

CRIMINAL

Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the State Government to pay a compensation of Rs 1 lakh each to the mother-daughter duo in the matter of illegal detention.
