J&K HC Revives PIL to Ensure Dignity & Equality to Persons with Disabilities - (08 Oct 2020)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has revived a Public Interest Litigation seeking necessary directions under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 so as to ensure dignity and equality to the persons who are differentiable.
