Karnataka HC Orders Director of Prosecution to Furnish Details of Pending Criminal Cases - (14 Aug 2015)

Karnataka High Court after learning about delay in framing charges in Carlton Towers fire incident during hearing of criminal petition, ordered director of prosecution to furnish details of criminal cases pending for over four years, by August 25.
