NHRC Takes Suo Moto Cognizance of Hathras Gang Rape Case - (01 Oct 2020)

HUMAN RIGHTS

National Human Rights Commission has issued notice to the Uttar Pradesh Government, asking it file a report, taking suo moto cognizance of the "serious issue of violation of human rights" in the Hathras Gang-Rape case.
