Delhi HC Imposes Costs on Petitioner Seeking Financial Assistance for Implementing Project - (30 Sep 2020)

ENVIRONMENT

Delhi High Court has imposed heavy costs of Rs 50,000 on a Petitioner seeking financial assistance of Rs 70,000 from the Central Government for implementing his project on clean environment.
