Gauhati HC Admits Akhil Gogoi's Plea Against NIA Court's Order Rejecting His Bail - (30 Sep 2020)

Gauhati High Court has admitted the plea filed by Assam activist Akhil Gogoi, against the National Investigation Agency's rejection of his bail in a case related to protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019.
