SC: Circumstances Not Put to Accused Under Section 313 CrPC Cannot be Used Against Him - (29 Sep 2020)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has observed that the circumstances not put to an accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 cannot be used against him, and must be excluded from consideration.
