Punjab & Haryana HC Denies Anticipatory Bail to Excise and Taxation Officer - (29 Sep 2020)

Punjab & Haryana High Court has refused to grant anticipatory bail to the Excise and Taxation Officer for allegedly taking gratification by corrupt or illegal means.
