Rajasthan HC: Migrants Aren't Entitled to Claim Benefit of Reservation in Panchayat Elections - (28 Sep 2020)

ELECTION

Rajasthan High Court has ruled that the people, who have admittedly migrated from other States to Rajasthan on their marriage, are not entitled to claim the benefit of reservation in on-going Panchayat Elections in Rajasthan.
