SC Issues Notice to Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gorakhpur for Misleading the Court - (28 Sep 2020)

Supreme Court has issued notice to one Manisha Waskale, Sub-Divisional magistrate, inquiring why appropriate proceedings be not initiated against her for misleading the Court and as a consequence obtaining interim orders from the Bench at the threshold on 2nd September 2019.
