Kerala HC: Writ Petition Under Article 226 Against NCLT Order Not Maintainable - (25 Sep 2020)

CONSTITUTION

Kerala High Court has held that writ jurisdiction under Article 226 cannot be invoked to challenge an order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal.
