Gujarat HC Imposes Cost on Advocate for Smoking During Virtual Hearing - (25 Sep 2020)

Gujarat High Court has imposed a cost of Rs. 10,000 upon an Advocate who was smoking during the course of Court proceedings via video conferencing.
